• I authorise Joseph Burton Wines to debit my credit card with the cost of my wine deliveries each order period.
• I understand that I will be required to notify by email to Joseph Burton Wines 2 weeks prior to 1^st of the month of next scheduled delivery should I wish to cancel an order or subscription
• The wines I am purchasing are not for re-sale by a licensed person.
• I am 18 years or older.
• To accept delivery there must be a person 18 years or older present to sign.
